How to Clean Ice Rink Glass

Whether the event is hockey, figure or speed skating clean glass is a must.
The use of break-resistant, sturdy thermoplastics as a replacement for arena glass is universal. This is especially true for hockey arenas. However, the same properties which make Lexan®, Plexiglas® and other polycarbonates safer and more practical for sports arena and ice rink glass applications make them susceptible to surface damage.
Paint, Fiberglass, rubber puck marks, graffiti, grease and grime are all common problems affecting hockey arenas and ice rink installations. Until WINSOL Face Off was introduced most cleaning chemicals which were capable of removing stains from this glass also destroyed the polycarbonate.
WINSOL Face Off is a safe, easy-to-use blend of water soluble resin solvents and sequestriants which will clean up the heaviest marks and scuffs from clear hockey glass.
